Whhhyyyyyyyy is this taking me so long to achieve?! I need some tips. I’m also afraid of rolling over my neck! Im fine balancing on my head in a “tripod” but can’t get both legs straight up! Help!!! π«π«π«
So in preparation for my bachelorette party in Vegas, I have found myself doing the following:
*peppermint tea for debloating
*rubbing lemons and honey all over my face
*squats for days
*warm water every morning
*biotin
*bedtime yoga
*exfoliating
*deep conditioning
What am I missing?! Man thinks I’m nuts. I feel pretty good! Also doing awesome keeping up with my Fitocracy! Still so motivated!
itβs often a topic i debate about, so i decided to do some research and share it with you all (:

Cauliflower leek soup!!!! Awesome alternative to other heavy “baked potato soups” out there.
This came out amazing I am so proud and it was soooo easy!
Package of Cauliflower of your choice (fresh, frozen, whatev)
1 leek, chopped and washed, use the white part and light green part!
3 cups water
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
Splash of Lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil
2 garlic cloves chopped
Sprinkles of:
Cayenne pepper
Paprika
Thyme
Green onion
1/3 cup if 0% Greek yogurt for thickness
Chopped cooked turkey bacon if desired!!
Roast: in pan, set oven to 400 and drizzle olive oil over cauliflower, chopped leek and chopped green onion (save green ends for garnish!) sprinkled with cayenne and paprika for 15/20 min
In saucepan: bring water, almond milk, salt, pepper, lemon juice, thyme, and garlic to boil
In blender: take roasting veggies out and add to blender with yogurt and broth. BE CAREFUL (holdddd the toppppp of the blender tighttttt) and Blend up and serve with green onion as garnish!!! (You can add the turkey bacon into the blender if you want or garnish after! Both work!)
Healthy AND delicious!!!!
Enjoy!
